I will never ever ever ever ever understand why people say they will miss the seasons if they move to California. It’s not true. You can go visit the seasons. There’s no reason to live there permanently.
It’s supposed to get cold in Houston tomorrow. The high will be 76 degrees before the cold front moves in and then only up to 58 degrees here on Friday! BRRRR!!!
Oh my. It may be heading here next…(and I’m frightened. I haven’t lived in a climate that gets snow for 5+ years, I’ve never even used a snow shovel, and we live up at the top of a hill and the only way down is a narrow windy road…eek.)
I like it where we live…we get snow maybe once a year for a day or so if we are lucky, and we never get temps below zero…in fact most of the winter our lowest lows are around 30 degrees.
You need to move to Houston. We wore SHORTS on Thanksgiving. Heck, it’s two weeks to Christmas and I’m typing this comment while lounging in my red velvet Mrs. Santa Claus bikini.
I’m just kidding. I hope the visual didn’t gag you too much.
I’m actually wearing my new Levi jeans from Ross. I may never take them off again. I never knew that old Levi and his Strauss gang cared so much for us fat ladies to make a jean that fits so well.

I think it’s so beautiful. It does suck when you have to go outside and do more than play though.

Ditto Glittersmama. If the world does not stop, it does SUCK!
It’s been in the 90’s in So. Cal. My air is on and I’m a little hot.

Talk about snow! And there I thought it had snowed here. Not even worth mentioning, it seems.
Still, it’s kinda pretty.
